What this website collects

Appointment requests: the booking form does not store anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send them to us.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, including any scans or reports you share for a second opinion.
Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use your information

Only to respond to you, book and manage your appointments, provide medical care, send your reports, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with doctors involved in your care, with your consent, or where the law requires it. Messages you send travel through the services you choose (such as WhatsApp or your email provider), which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Medical records are kept for as long as required by medical regulations. Other messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.

Your rights
